Branding Iron Grill & Pub — Restaurant in Tilden

I don't normally write reviews but I had to after my experience tonight.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. We've eaten here twice just in case the first time was a fluke but it wasn't.

We were greeted and told to choose a table then waited 10 minutes before a waitress noticed us.

We told her that we'd been waiting and were about to leave and her response was, "and that's why we have a sign up front not to seat yourself." I would have left then and there if my father hadn't insisted on not causing waves.

The food itself was okay. Don't expect anything that'll blow your socks off.

My husband paid the bill and was kind enough to leave a tip. Our waitress looked at it, shrugged and said, "guess that answers that question."

If you're not a regular, dont expect any...

Too many rules to eat here...if it is one of the 3 "specialty" items you can not make ANY CHANGES...food allergy to onions can't eat their Ultimate burger which sounds absolutely delicious but they will not remove the grilled onion from it...why not? If you want sides you have to order them separately...but you can take onions off any of the other items as long as it is not "specialty" in the grayed box...do not waste your time stopping if you have specific food needs as they more than likely will not be met. We would have spent more $$ at this place but with the "rules" they have on their menu items why bother....we definitely should have kept driving instead of...

A family of 5 kids and 2 adults were seated about 2 minutes before my family of 5 kids and myself. They ordered, ate and left before we had our food. We were there for an hour and 15 minutes before we got our food. Had to hunt down staff to ask for refills on our drinks. Soup/salad bar was rediculous. When I asked if more soup/ rolls/ pickles/ potatoe salad was coming out they said no it's getting late. Well I did just wait an hour and 15 minutes.
