Based on the reviews, I thought that we would give it a try. We got a table, but they were SLAMMED (we went for Sunday lunch); we had to wait a while to get service. I asked our server what she recommended, and she said, "You can't go wrong with our burgers," so I ordered accordingly. The tortilla soup was pretty good (about the same as what I make from a kit), but the burger was terrible. It tasted like it was a frozen patty cooked on a griddle that hadn't been cleaned in a while. My kids liked their food, but I could only stomach a few bites of the burger. The server never checked on us. When she returned with our check she asked if I wanted a box. I shared that it really wasn't that good and I had no intention of finishing it. She shrugged and said, "Okay." I am glad that others had great experiences, but we will not...

This place is great. The service is great, the food arrived fast and was very well prepared. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because they could use somewhat better ingredients. I had the haystack and it was spot on, as far as that goes. But the burger patty tasted a little bit . . . not the BEST. It was fresh and well prepared. The gravy was great. The eggs were perfect. We just found this gem. On the weekends they had a full breakfast buffet until 1pm. They have multiple different styles of scrambled eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, french toast, waffles, grits and more on the buffet. It was super affordable.
