(sorry Brown Butter for taking a year to do this!) TLDR: My favorite cinnamon rolls ever, and amazing cake, cupcakes, and frosting 🤤 Brown Butter Bakeshop is our favorite local bakery! My now husband proposed to me over their cinnamon rolls, and they made the cake and cupcakes for our wedding. I wanted a naked cake with some decorative flowers, funfetti inside and coconut frosting. It was beautiful AND delicious and everything I wanted. For our guests, I wanted to do a cupcake bar, so they could pick vanilla or chocolate then frost it with whatever frosting they liked. And that went exactly as I expected too! I ordered extra cupcakes so we could have leftovers, but the guests devoured all of them haha. We froze the top layer of our cake, and just ate some of it for our one year anniversary. It was still delicious, and reminded me that I forgot to leave a review! Discovered this place at Severance days and thankfully I did. This is my new favorite bakery. The brown butter coconut latte!? I was so in love I ended up getting a second later that evening. I also had the cherry almond brioche - my husband had the bacon egg brioche. Both were absolutely incredible. Tina was also beyond welcoming and kind. Tina was absolutely wonderful to work with! We emailed back and forth to coordinate a pastry order for my coworker’s birthday, and she took the time to make sure everything was just right.
