Jeab’s Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Tioga

A pleasant surprise to find a Thai restaurant in Tioga, ND! My, how that place has evolved… Went there for lunch with two colleagues; nice ambience/decor, a full-size bar too for after-hours meet-greet. The place was clean and we were welcomed and seated right away. Service through tour was friendly and prompt. Ordered Spring Rolls and Chicken Wings for appetizers and Tofu Red Curry, Shrimp Pad Thai, and Pork Pad See Yew for mains. Food arrived promptly and was steamy hot. Spice level 3 was a bit disappointing though as it was not spicy at all as previous diners had warned. Plus others had called the place “Sugar Thai” due to the apparent sweetness of dishes. This turned out to be true for us as well. While the food was flavorful, it was distinctly sweeter than comparable dishes we have had round the world. Portion size was plentiful. Pricing was rather high; $100 for two appetizers, three drinks - two bottles of iced tea and a club soda, and 18% tip. Overall, pleased to see variety in Tioga - give this...

You totally don't expect such a restaurant would exist in this area, it feels so random. Based off the outside of the building, I was not expecting much at all. Once you walk inside, you are treated to one of the classiest looking restaurants around these parts in North Dakota.

I felt like I was transported to a big city based on the atmosphere inside which I liked a lot. Reminded me of home. Perfect place to bring guests, clients, or a date.

Employees are incredibly sweet and attentive. Service is swift. The menu has a large variety of food to choose from.

I ordered the Thai tea with boba, Thai dumplings, chicken stay, and pineapple fried rice with chicken and shrimp.

Tried the Massaman Curry, the Fry Dumpling, and the Chicken Satay. The curry and sauce were excellent, and the meal perfectly filling. The chicken Satay was delicious with the sauce provided. The staff were wonderfully nice and educated me on various items on the menu as I know little of Thai cuisine.

Yeah, have definitely been back several times. The food remains awesome and the staff is super nice! They don't mess with the slice level either lol
