City Limits Ice Cream — Restaurant in Titusville

I stopped here on a couple oddly spaced visits to the area. First visit was a twist with chocolate dip. Always fun but as with all dips the base ice cream melts quickly. 2nd stop I had a 2 scoop hard ice cream. Standard tasty hersheys ice cream. 1 scoop Apple pie and 1 scoop moose tracks. I ate my ice cream while I waited for my philly cheese steak sandwich. While not cooked on a grill as they do at "Johns Pizza" in Frazier PA (won an award for best philly cheese steak in greater Philly) this philly cheesesteak was quite good. Meat, prov cheese, onions and peppers. Had it been chopped and stirred on a grill it would be 5 stars. But for $7 it...

Quite a bit disappointed tonight! Workers tonight were a bit rude. 1 customer took another customers food and the workers were all like "oh. Someone already took that order." They didn't even offer to remake the order as they should have! And then the 3 of them proceeded to talk disrespectfully after customer left the window despite how myself & other customers could hear them...

And then when I asked the girl who took my order if the Super Hero ice-cream had anything chunky in it she had an attitude when she said "well it shouldn't." So I said well its for my toddler so I need to know. And she gave attitude again and said "well I dont know....

The quality of their ice cream has improved compared to last year but their portion sizes are CRAZY. I ordered a small twist in a dish and was given such a small amount. I paused when the girl handed it to me because I genuinely thought it was a joke or meant to be for a very small child. The cup felt like it was empty and I finished it in about 6 bites. My boyfriend ordered a small cone and got more ice cream than I did. Both our “smalls” came to about $7. Ive been to other ice cream shops in the area that serve the same brand of ice cream but you get at least double the amount...
