Terrible Customer Service!

Our server had an attitude and we were being observed during our whole meal, making us uncomfortable. Additionally, the food was nothing special, and there was an oversight that threw it overboard and particularly bothered us. We asked for turkey ham instead of regular ham, we were assured it would be replaced and wouldn’t be a problem to accommodate this dietary restriction. Instead it was served with regular ham and she refused to change it, after having assured they had the other kind while ordering.

We spoke with the cashier on our way out, to raise our concerns, and she was helpful. However, we were disappointed to have had this poor experience after having seen positive videos online about Liz’s Cafeliz Cafe. We were hoping it would be “feliz” and it was rather stressful instead, due to our server that day.

Hopefully, the owner considers retraining...

Cozy place with delicious brunch food, great presentation and service. Excellent Barista coffee ☕️ I always feel comfortable bringing my visitors there. First time there, arrived at 14:22 , guess what? Kitchen already were closed😑(they close at 15:00) so kitchen already were closed like 13:00, so sad because place looks nice.
