Pizza Like Heaven — Restaurant in Toa Alta

This was a hard review to write,came here with an "oferton",it seemed that the waitreses were..none of them knew what an oferton was or how it worked or that the resturant even had one. We ordered the food and the waitress i dont know what the problem was either she was thinking of her boyfriend or whatever is going on in her life that it was a challenge for her,and we all spoke spanish. She left and placed our orders and was replaced with another waitress,who was nicer and more awake ,a lot more attentive. Our food arrived and the oferton states its only take out to eat here you have to pay $5 plus tip. Our waitress scaned the code and went to the register,thankfully we looked over the food. Almost half of what we ordered was missing,we alerted her to that and she went to check what happened,she came back with the rest and we opened the bag to make sure it was everything. To our surprise the container holding what we thought were beans was filled only with a spoonful of base and a piece of ham and maybe one or two beans and we showed her this and even she could not belive how there were no beans,her expression was actually priceless. We gave her a tip because she earned it but sadly we will not be going here again. Be warned a simple soda a not even 8 ounce glass is $3.50, the menu does not state this. Third time's a charm!

Give the joint another go, because there's definitely a new Pizzaiolo in town. The dough is perfectly cooked without being burned or dried out. The sauce is seasoned nicely and not overridden by the choice of cheeses. It is flatter than the usual puffed-out crust pies, but still very tasty to eat. I went the simple route with the ingredients and don't regret it.

My previous attempts at eating the pizzas from here ended in disappointment. These last two visits were spaced through out the lifetime of this establishment, but memorable enough to not want to go back for the pizza. Due to the price increase within the surrounding commercial chains and their poor quality, I chose to give this joint another chance.

The recent reviews seemed promising enough.. Glad I gave it a try!

Worst customer service ever! I am here visiting family for Christmas holiday. My family recommended to come eat here. We have been turned away for business. Yesterday, we arrived at 8pm (sign at the door says they close at 9pm), we were told they were closed. We decided to give it another try today, arriving at 7:30 pm … and guess what? We were turned away for business, being told they were closed! I’d you’re going to have a business promote hours of service, please stick to those house. If you need to make any special Covid accommodations on hours, please make them and avoid having “paying customers” like myself, deal with this unstable closing unadvertised time.
