This restaurant was not planned. But it was the best part of my vacation in Puerto Rico. We had the exquisite honor of sitting at Janet’s table and she went above and beyond to make sure I was perfectly content with my food and beverages. She educated me about my favorite food, octopus and how I’ve basically been enjoying squid tentacles that other restaurants were passing off as octopus. So to make up for the other dining experiences in other places, she modified my meal request to exactly what I wanted and even let me sample the octopus before ordering.
