McDonald's — Restaurant in Toa Baja

Wow. Upon looking for a table I noticed how DIRTY this place is. The tables and chairs full or residue and some disgusting white substance. I've never seen so many mosquitoes in a McDonald's before. Customer Service was terrible. No goodmorning, no welcome, no smile. Cashier not listening. We asked for a receipt and the cashier wouldn't give us one. Gave us a distasteful attitude about it as well. It's not the first time as on a recent occasion when I went through the drive-thru they don't supply me with one either. (One can assume they're scared of getting bad comments through their website that will get them called out by upper management. They forget putting things in your bag ALOT.) I ordered one of their coffee frappees and they gave it to me in a regular soda cup with the sippy lid. A frapuccino in a sippy cup... That's it for this restaurant in particular. I would also like to note I was greeted with a sign in front of the store promoting their Roblox tycoon, which is funny and fine. However, it's being promoted with a grating Ai illustration of a McDonald's crew. The proportions, perspective, and anatomy are so wrong. It's disgusting that this company is already paying their employees such a low wage, but siding with artificial intelligence that compiles from and steals from artists is abhorrent. The audacity to present such a poorly made result to their clients as ell is just... Insulting. Rip McDonalds. I needed to start eating...

I should not even giving you a one star.customer service was very bad. I wanted to order breakfast at 10:15 but the breakfast menu was not up so I new what I wanted but my friend didn’t know what he wanted. so we ask the young lady why the breakfast menu taking down its still breakfast.breakfast is not over until 10:30 she just looked at us with out saying a thing and I told her why you aren’t answering me so she didn’t answer me we just left angry and hungry for Mc Donald 😤...
