The Milkhouse Grille — Restaurant in Toby Township

My first visit to this gem in my hometown. Ronnie and his staff are simply amazing! The food was delicious and portions are huge. We had tons of food to take home for another meal. For lunch I had the Club Sandwich on grilled bread and my daughter had a steak salad. And a cup of cheddar broccoli soup. The ingredients were super fresh and so delicious. Not just your average sandwich and salad! The fries on the salad are fresh cut, and I substituted onion rings (for fries) with my sandwich. The ranch dressing is The Good Stuff. Fresh brewed iced tea in a tall heavy glass was super refreshing as well. Attention to detail is evident everywhere. And this place is super clean. I peeked in the kitchen on my way out…impressive. I look forward to going back for dinner sometime. If you are traveling along Route 68 in Clarion County this is a MUST...

Building was very clean.

Service was friendly and quick.

Food was very very good. I had the chicken parm and took half home for the next day. The salad that came with it was great. Had a lot of items in it that most restaurants don't put in a salad any more.

Tom had the meatball hoagie. It was a giant! He said the meatballs were very tasty. He also had a cup of broccoli cheese soup. I got a taste of it and it was very good. There cup is the size of other places bowl!

This place can get hectic on the weekends and sometimes you have to wait while they clean the tables. The food is so good that it’s definitely worth the wait. We have stopped for hamburgers which were delicious. The meatloaf is outrageous. Last time we were there we had all you can eat crab legs! What a treat and they weren’t shy in keeping the crab coming. Their salads are fresh and not the typical side salad afterthought served by other restaurants. Try the ranch dressing.
