Adam's Pizza and Wings — Restaurant in Toledo

Saw reviews that the food was great, but my expectations were greatly disappointed. Ordered from postmates, and ordered chicken tenders and a large pineapple pizza from the dinner specials category. The chicken tenders are not too bad - fairly crispy on the outside, kinda tastes like real chicken. The pizza however is NOT GREAT. I think the dough is raw - it’s very gooey and sticks to the box, I couldn’t hardly pull the slices apart, I had to scrape up parts of a slice, and in my hand the slices just fell apart - the crust was the only fairly crunchy part. The pineapples taste better by themselves - better than canned for sure, but the pieces were so big they were more like chunks and weighed the slices down in my hand. Honestly the pizza was not much better than a frozen pizza undercooked in the microwave. I wanted to give the pizza a chance but I only ate 2 slices of the pizza and 2 chicken tenders, until I couldn’t give it another bite. I have more than half my order in the fridge right now, hoping it will taste better cold? As a broke college student hoping to get a pizza better than little Caesar’s for close to the little Caesar’s price, I’m very disappointed. The pizza was about $8, not including tax and tip for the postmates delivery. Def won’t be ordering from Adams again, I hate the idea of wasting money because my food wasn’t satisfying. I’m actually worried I may get food poisoning if the dough was raw - chicken might’ve even been raw - part of a tender was thicker and tougher than the rest. Adam’s pizza and wings y’all better figure something out, your prices would attract many college kids if the quality was better!!

Update, does taste slightly better cold, but still...

I've been getting gyros from this one location for ten years. Have I had a better gyro somewhere else? No, I cant say I have. Have i hunted for one? Oh yes, I've had gyros all over Toledo. And now I live in walking distance of Adam's. One can only imagine the disgusting things I'm going to do for gyros, mmmm, I can already taste them, they taste so good. Can you taste them? Can you? Mmm, dont they taste so good? Go get one, I'll get one too, then we can hang out in the parking lot and yell inappropriate things at our gyros as we get meat sweats, basking in the sweet sweet sunshine, then we can crack open an ice cold soda pop and pour them on eachother in the kiddie pool and have a wrestling match, winner pays for the meal. I can bring the pool, I bought it just for the occasion. Anyways, great food, great service, kinda bummed they didn't already have a kiddie pool to loan me but 10/10...

I wanted something quick and easy for dinner, and this establishment is on my way home. I ordered a pizza online, and when I got to the location, there was a little wait, which is fine. While waiting, I saw a delivery driver getting ready to leave with a container of wet wings in a bag. The driver carried the container/bad so poorly (by the bag handles so the wing sauce is all over in the bag which means it’s going to be a mess for the customer). I got the pizza in my car and it smelled.. off putting to say the least. I was starving so I was looking forward to eating and it was soooo disappointing… the cheese and toppings slipped right off, exposing this watered down pizza sauce concoction that looked disgusting.
