Bambino's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Toledo

If I could give zero I would. This is regarding the Eleanor store....Every item was bad. We got salsa instead of Marinara. A pizza instead of a calzone. The sub had a small amount (thought it was grey baconbits)gray catfood like chicken, bacon bits, 3 chunks of lettuce and 3 chunks tomato, no mayo at all...it was a catfood sandwich. Nachos were buried and soggy. We called to explain the problem and the man screamed that the pizza was a calzone... as we tried to explain it was flat and had a crust. The man hung up on us...didn't even get to explain the other problems. We weren't nasty or anything, didn't have a chance to be. We were going to just replace the pizza for a calzone like we'd ordered, and get the Marinara for cheese Stix. We tried calling back multiple times but the man just screams into phone then hangs up. Were attempting to take all the food back now ourselves, even though we'll lose the tip and gas. We literally did nothing to deserve this. It was our first time getting bambinos and will be the last. I feel robbed....wish we could do more than leave this review. He was verbally abusive...

Would give no stars if I could. Unknowingly used the SLICE app as I was rerouted to them mid order and they sent it to the wrong location...this location I am reviewing. I discovered the error when I went to my neighborhood store and realized they didn't get the order. I placed my order with them then called slice asking for a refund and they called the error store and they said no refund because the order was ready. What a racket. A third party app is used without my knowledge and sends my order to the wrong place and I have to re order and pay twice and someone gets a free meal. The middle manager I spoke to was rude AF as well. Stay classy Toledo. The ONLY Bambinos is on the west side on Eleanor. Stay away from the airport location and the SLICE app....

Everyone that works there is rude as heck. When you call they are rude when you pickup they are mostly Rude. Y’all have a good pizza but your attitude and the way you treat people on the phone or in person matters. So if you would like future sales I would think about the way you treat people paying your wages!! Js Yet again these people are disrespectful and rude. But worse then that I seen the worker that are making pizza drop the dough on the floor and still used it to make someone’s pizza. Also saw I girl itch her nasty head and continue making pizza WITH NO GLOVES 🤢🤢🤢🤮when I said something they made a rude comment. . I will never buy pizza here again I will make the...
