Would not give me my mobile pickup through the drive up window. Lied to me saying I had to go inside. Confirmed in both doordash and UberEats BOTH apps DO NOT SAY THIS ANYWHERE, because it's not true. Both list drive up hours even. Dashers have to go inside. NOT customers just ordering pickup for themselves. This is the only location that forces someone who orders through Uber or doordash to pickup their food inside. Lincoln City location does not, other locations do not. No other fast food place does this such as McDonald's or Taco Bell. The manager made up some crap and then tried to gaslight me. Confirmed with UberEats support after the order that they should indeed allow drive up pickups. Hopefully the manager will be able to look past his ego and spend 30 seconds opening the UberEats app to verify that it indeed doesn't say ANYWHERE before, during or after checkout that a customer has to go inside and infact even lists drive up hours on the literal pickup screen after you order, and correct this erroneous and anti customer practice that only this one single location does rather than try and lie to and gaslight customers because of...
   Read moreTo start off the girl on the mic had terrible customer service and they wasted over half an hour of our time. I get things are hard right now with hiring good employees but if your restaurant hours say your open until 8:30p then you should stay open and serve the whole menu until that minute. We arrived before 8p and tried to use the restroom after driving in from Eugene and was told no. Then they proceeded to lock the door on us. After that we decided to still wait in the line to get some food. We were waiting 10 minutes before being helped. After we gave her our order which was just a chicken strip basket. She said they've cleaned the grill and won't make any food but the car before us ordered a cheeseburger with fries and they didn't seem to have any issues with his order. At that point it was only 8:11ish. You still have about 20 minutes of workable time left and should serve every customer. Not to mention they're was still two people waiting behind me and we couldn't just back up and leave so we still had to wait another 20 minutes to get out of the drive through line without food and still...
   Read moreFood is fast food, but the poor people who work here are so INCREDIBLY understaffed it's almost laughable. I know it's because it's difficult to get help and the turn over is high. But the lack of staff who are not new and know what they are doing, compared to how busy they get, it just makes going a painful experience

Please understand that I don't fault you or the staff. The staff that have been there for awhile and know what they are doing are working so hard and do the very best that they can under tremendously difficult circumstances. I know that its hard to get reliable, long term help in the area and you can't predict when you will get slammed with tourists or bus loads of people either. It's just that there are times that, unfortunately, due to the understaffing that happens that what should take 5- 8 minutes takes around 20 minutes. And so that will mean that we have to by pass the establishment, if we see a line of 3 or more cars.
