I have been doing the AIP going on 4 weeks now. I have lost 15 pounds, my legs are not swelling and my joints have stopped aching and I am breathing better. The food is really good and I don't feel hungry during the day. I have tried all the "fad" diets and none have made me feel as good as I do now. The " No oat oatmeal" is very good for breakfast or even lunch. You can even have a slice of bacon with some meals....
