I have always heard how great this place was so we tried it, and we will never go back again I would give it no stars if it would let me. We sat for 10 mins before they even got our drink order, another ten mins before we got our drinks and chips. Our chip bowl sat empty the rest of the time there, wasn’t even asked if we wanted another one.both of our drinks sat empty for the longest time over 15 mins,and they weren’t super busy.I will say they had one of the best Salsa’s I have had. After we finished we waited another 15-20 min just to get the bill, the waiter was more concerned with beening behind the bar and talking or on his cell phone. ordered through doordash 3 items labeled as VEGAN. Not vegetarian, but vegan, meaning no dairy or cheese or lard. i received my items and it had sour cream and cheese in them. i called to double check that it was VEGAN sour cream and cheese, and the woman who answered said she did not know what the difference between vegan and vegetarian was. So i explained that items labeled as vegan don’t contain any animal byproducts and she said that things labeled vegan have beans that contain lard and sour cream. I LOVE MEXICAN FOOD, BUT MY EXPERIENCE HERE AT GALENA AND CHASE WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!
