The Food Station — Restaurant in Toledo

I meet my partner in toledo once a month and we are always looking for a decent delivery dinner to our hotel. The usual places are fine but are costly compared to what you get in portion wise, and we all know that it's really never the same quality when it actually gets to you. But with the FOOD STATION my delivery wishes were granted! Not only was the food still fresh but the quality was nothing less than 5 stars!! The portion sizes were fantastic, enough for a full dinner and lunch size leftovers!! I kid you not my fried shrimp was still crunchy and my partners catfish tasted like it just came out of momma's kitchen. Seasoning is on point and the cheesy potatoes SLAP!! THE FOOD STATION is now our designated "toledo getaway dinner" We woke up planning to come to the restaurant for brunch the following morning but we're disappointed that y'all were closed on Sundays... absolutely not a complaint as we know you must need plenty of rest after slaying that kitchen all week!! I ate here plenty of times never had a problem until last night when they messed up my food and said I was lying told them I still had the food and he said that I could easily picked the stuff off that they put on on accident and was yelling at me very disrespectful waiting a hr for the food to be messed up told me that I should have called last night when it said they closed at 3 am so I assumed they closed at 3 am and he stayed open until 430 am I guess very unprofessional especially talking to a customer the way he did if I could have recorded the call I definitely would have than got mad because I said that how was I suppose to know that they was staying open past 3 because he was yelling at his worker to stop taking orders I do not recommend the service at all oh and I explained to him that I don’t eat bacon he told me it’s turkey bacon not regular so it shouldn’t have...

First time ever leaving a review, I got finessed by the pictures, food was absolutely trash. Food very low grade. The bread on my burger was soggy because they put the condiments on the bottom, placing the tomato & pickles directly on the bun, which made the bottom bun soggy, had a 10 piece chicken wings, which I ate only 4 because they were hard and dry, had a chicken salad, and the chicken was so cold that the cheese never melted. The only people that would eat from this place and call it good are those who will eat anything or that actually lives in the area because that’s all they have. I had no problem spending $45 on the food if it was actually good but it wasn’t and I didn’t ask for a refund because I’m sure they wouldn’t have gave it to me.
