This McDonalds has such horrible service. It seems like the employees hate their job… I’m sorry you work there but that isn’t my fault. The workers do not ever great you or even acknowledge you. They can’t even say please give me one moment just complete silence. There’s a thin light hispanic girl maybe mid 20s super rude at 2nd window. One time I went she practically tossed my order almost dropped the kids meal. She closed the window so fast I didn’t even have a moment to ask for sauce that I had literally placed on my online ordered that I was asking for. I gave it another chance went back since it’s close to home. All workers were rude didn’t greet you. The 1st window lady was rude then 2nd window had to come ask what my order was. They took a while to give me the food which was only 3 items. And food was cold. Fries were cold and burgers. I called asked to speak to the supervisor who said her name was Britany, super unprofessional. She got on the phone and just said hello ? No introduction or job title give . I had to ask what her name was if she was the supervisor. Every response was with an attitude I asked if there was anyone else or another supervisor I could speak too or when was a good time to call back she seemed irritated and asked what the problem was. I let her know we waited a while just to get cold food. She then asked as you got your food you didn’t check to see it was cold like excuse me mam I waited my food should not be cold whatsoever. Initially, we were asked to relocate, a request we complied with, only to then seemingly vanish from the staff's attention. The wait for our food stretched far beyond reasonable expectations, and when it finally arrived, it was unmistakably cold. clearly an indicator that it had been neglected for some time.
The demeanor of the staff did little to alleviate our frustration. Their interactions were perfunctory at best, lacking any warmth or engagement. We were met with a monotone delivery that felt more automated than human, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere that left us feeling more like an inconvenience. It was as if our presence was a burden, further compounded by the inexplicable decision to have us wait an additional 10 minutes, during which our order seemingly fell into oblivion.
