I can almost promise you this is not management policy, so the employee in the manager on duty need to get it together. You're not required to give me anything but I was just asking for a small cup. Cheapskates. I deliver on Uber more than 80 deliveries each week from that particular restaurant. So going forward, I'm not going to run any of them I'm going to let it sit there and get cold. You will then not be paid by Uber or Doordash. I was not asking for a soda or a shake or any food I simply wanted a small cup so I can get some water..

Now I'm going to cost you as much money as humanly possible. Nice job

First off I went thru drive thru and placed my order. Drove up to the pick up window and was greeted with a huge smile from Mr Damarion. This young man needs to be emulated by others for the following reasons. Damarion was so happy, respectful and just full of Life. He made sure my order was as requested We spoke about the Houston Texans game and shared the highlights with one another. It was a True joy and pleasure meeting Damarion. This extra mile he went is what makes or breaks businesses. Damarion needs to be recognized and even made a Lead who will mentor, coach and train others. I rarely stop here but was in a hurry and wanted something quick. I am so thankful I did stop because I made a new Friend. Thank you again Damarion for your Dignity Respect and Professionalism you provided me and my Lady. Hope to see...

Went thru drive thru & ordered cheeseburger meal. I asked for jalapenos to be added to burger. It was on the receipt. Just not on the burger. So back at my office I open the burger with normal expectations & first bite tells me that the "cook" can't read or follow directions. Very disappointed .🫤 Tried to call manager but you get a voice mail "please leave a message". Too far to drive all the way back. What's the point of "ordering" if you just get what they feel like giving you? UPDATE
