Burger King — Restaurant in Tonopah

It would be negative 5 stars if I could!! First issue, when ordering, the cashier (supposedly acting manager) had no idea how to customize the mix or match special breakfast sandwiches. After that, I also ordered French Toast Sticks, which she never included and I didn't receive. Order arrived and was missing French Toast Sticks and one order of hash browns. I spoke to the woman putting orders together and She tried to say I didn't have 2 hash browns, looked at the board then quickly gave me one that she forgot. When I mentioned French Toast Sticks, she said well they aren't on here. I said Well, I ordered them! Not Cool! My breakfast sandwiches were cold and sloppily constructed. After eating, I returned to reorder my French Toast Sticks and an extra Hash brown for my husband. It was then things took an even worse turn. The lady in back, preparing food was seen by my husband scratching her head and going right back to food prep without washing her hands. At almost the same moment, the guy in the kitchen, dropped the salt or pepper dispenser, we heard clearly it hit the floor, then picked it right back up and put it right back on the counter!! The cashier, we then learned was acting manager, because my husband became furious and asked to speak to the girl scratching her head, got a horrible attitude that we brought it to her attention and refused to throw out the food the girl just prepared!! Mind you, this same manager is running register AND getting food such as hashbrowns and french toast sticks and the like, directly after handling money without using gloves, hand sanitizer (there was NO dispenser visible!) Nor washing her hands. Absolutely disgusted and will NEVER return to this location EVER! For $24 for breakfast for the 3 of us, we were sorely disappointed and thoroughly disgusted! Worst stop on our long trip home. I normally stop off at this Burger King on the way home from Vegas regardless or the reviews because everyone and the food is good, I should of taken a look again before this visit and honestly I think I won’t be returning to this location. Whoever the manager or supervisor is on duty when I was there 10-10-22 between 6 and 7 pm (older lady) was extremely rude no customer service skills and is extremely rude and aggressive to the staff. There was only one couple in the dining room and my family and I and a few cars through drive through. She looked at us as if we were bothering her when we came in and acted all bent out of shape for having to take our order we ordered 60 dollars worth of food because we were all very hungry. She was not pleasant to be around, the food was ok a the burgers and chicken sandwiches were bit salty but that’s only on our preference. I felt bad for the staff having to deal with the supervisor or manager on duty at the time. I’ll be sure to get the word out about this lady and make sure people steer...

I am a local and have lived here in tonopah for 17 years and some change!!! I am giving the restaurant itself 3 stars food quality is okay and kinda makes me sick but it might just be me lol!!! The reason i’m giving it 1 star is because not only are their workers extremely disrespectful to all customers (i’m not sure i’ve ever had a decent experience with a worker here) but their workers are extremely overworked!!! my brother who is a young adult works here at the this location and comes home extremely exhausted every single night without fail!!! He often is also made to stay later then scheduled with out overtime pay!! Today was kinda like the cherry on top of the sundae because he came home 20 minutes later then he should have and THEN he told us his car was marked “abandoned” when it was literally driven into the parking lot by him this afternoon!!! the management is almost nonexistent and all of the employees are...
