Subway — Restaurant in Topeka

I love the restaurant but have had TERRIBLE experiences with Kerry in the restaurant multiple times. Tonight I was greeted with an eye roll and heard her tell the costumer in front of me (who was very kind) “we are out of a lot of things so that’s how it’s going to be”. When told I wanted a flatbread sandwich she makes the comment of “arent you going to get a real sandwich?” then while making my sandwich she says “come on, quicker” and towards the end she says “i wish you would have made it easy on me”. Then two people walk in behind me and she rolls her eyes and says “we’re out of almost everything” and tries rushing them to make a decision. I kept my cool and didn’t say anything until I got in my truck. Will never go back in there as long as she is...

I've been there twice now that they've been completely out of bread but tonight at 630pm they only had a few loaves left, they were out of cucumbers, out of spinach, out of so many things, the place is just getting worse and worse...

And then the off chance you do get to actually eat something from there. The food is good but not good enough to make it worth waiting 20 minutes to even place an order when there's only one person in front of you ordering two sandwiches... It seems to be that this place can't seem to keep decent...

Management is terrible!!! The assistant manager is very nice, but the manager Royanne, is very unprofessional, she is always all over the place, can't hold her head still, and acts like she is "cracked out" 100% of the time. She has horrible people skills, her boyfriend is constantly there when she's on duty, and she has her son at work with her constantly! Her son is out of control, harasses customers, and doesn't act accordingly to be in the restaurant while she's on duty. I don't recommend...
