Dunkin' — Restaurant in Torrington

ordered coffees online for pick up. i got there and it was not busy but my drinks were not in the pick up area. i kept waiting and finnaly a guy with colored hair started putting my order together and completley ignored me. so he had 3 of my 4 drinks done and i kept waiting and i asked him where was my fourth drink and he said it was discontinued. so i asked him if he could replace it with a different drink and he gave me a really bad karen attitude, he finnaly gave me my fourth drink and my sandwich which was the wrong one, the sandwich was cold and nasty. overall my experience here was really bad and i do not reccomend this dunkin, there are far more options...

I have been here many times and it is my go to until today. I get the same drink every time for my husband and suddenly they said I cannot make a frozen coffee with oatmilk due to it being an allergen. Oatmilk is not an allergen. Bathroom is employee only and the cashier gave an attitude about the previous customer when I asked if the bathroom was public. What business expects customers to visit if they can’t even use a bathroom? The sign itself is very discouraging. And I will actively avoid this place in the future while there is such an unwelcoming environment...
