Frank's Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Torrington

So we had a urge to have pizza the other night but we were tired of the same old places (Roma’s, sassos, Bachis, etc) so I went on google and typed in pizza near me and after going down the list, I found franks pizza. After reading some reviews I decided to give it a try. I read on here that they’re cheese pizza was on the top list to try and so I ordered a large cheese for delivery. The pizza came in about 30 minutes and it was delicious. We ate most of it and even finished the left overs the next day so kudos to franks for a tasty pie. One thing I would like to say and recommend, and I say this in the nicest way possible, however when the driver came to my house, he tracked an unbelievable amount of snow/mud in our stairwell. We placed an order on DoorDash to Franks pizza- where a worker delivers your food, however never received our order. I called the store and spoke to someone, confirming that I never received the order. He hung up on me, first of all not how you treat customers. So I called back and asked if they were going to remake and redeliver the order which he said yes- they would take care of it. Still never received my pizza so DoorDash called and spoke with them and they said they delivered the order and would not remake it- when they must have delivered it to the wrong house. An order was made through the preferred app last night (May 16, 2025). Hung out outside and since we were already there, waited on the porch for dinner. However, we got a notification that the food was delivered. It was never delivered and nobody even came through the neighborhood. We tried calling the restaurant on numerous occasions and never got a response. Since it took so long, we couldn't even re-order from here if we wanted to. We ended up getting food from somewhere else. The lack of service and options to contact them is ridiculous. Unless you walk in, I wouldn't bother with this business, especially if an order...
