Eclectic, perfect little locally-run Cafe in the tiny town of Adams Center. This place is truly a gem to the local community and a must-see if you're from out of town. Built inside a historic train depot and steps aways from active train tracks. Definitely gives that rural, homey, family feel all the best places in the north country offer.
Traditional style Cafe beverages and coffee with an updated spin. Lots of special lattes and seasonal flavors that are decadent and incredible. Highly recommend any lattee or dirty Chai. The cocktail menu and alcohol-free mixed drinks are great if a boozey brunch is your thing. The locally-sourced honey cocktails are divine.
Locally sourced ingredients and often hosting other trinkets and locally made items for sale likely jewelery, candies, soaps and candles.
Fresh and absolutely delicious food, often made from scratch with homemade baked bread, muffins, and other pastries. The specials are always offering seasonal and fun spins on traditional American brunch. Something for everyone even the Littles. My two year old loves the smoothies.
Recently renovated and feels as though they plan to continue working on the interior. Can get a little cold in winter but the venue is just perfect during other seasons. They removed the fireplace/ wood stove which was a little sad. But they made room for more seating which was often in short supply. I love that they play up the historical aspects of the depot and feature a lot of antiques and railroad inspired decor.
Service is lovely and the staff are so sweet, welcoming and friendly. Helpful if you have dietary restrictions, special asks for your drink/ meal, or questions. We've never been dissatisfied with the service or the food!

Read moreWe moved here from Colorado 1 year ago. Coming from a huge city with a diversity of food and amazing dining experience to upstate NY has been a huge let down, we are foodies at heart. We have traveled from coast to coast. From Chinese to Mexican food the quality is poor and flavor is manipulated to meet the demographic of customers, cheating culture and experience. UNTIL one day after passing this cute little building more then once. WE Stopped ✋️ at Bee's and it was the best thing we have done! From our 1st visit to our weekly visits this place now called Tina Lynn's has been absolutely amazing! The food has been on point from day one! The coffees, teas and drinks are TOP NOTCH EVERY TIME! Every single dish is completely comforting! The service is just as amazing and the staff is awesome! The price is always reasonable and worth every penny! I have tried restaurants from Watertown to Syracuse to Fulton! NOTHING COMPARES OR EVEN COMES CLOSE! 1 minor inconvenience due to it's size, it is so popular that the wait can be long. My suggestion would be to have benches out front for seating, covering the small side patio with a roof and maybe screens for bugs, water mister for summer and patio heater for spring and autumn. These small changes would be a great to keep customers from leaving due to wait time. Maybe coffee and drinks only served on patio...All in all this place is a 9.9 only deduction for size and wait. SUPER SPECIAL PLACE AND...
Read moreI literally don’t even know where to start. This place was the definition of phenomenal. I’m pretty sure every single thing we ordered was homemade. The cinnamon rolls will blow your mind (one could probably feed four people). The French toast and eggs benny were absolutely delicious. We had one of their homemade bagels with Asiago cream cheese and it may have been the best bagel I’ve ever had. I’m also extremely hard to please when it comes to Iced Lattes (my go to!).. and theirs was SO good (which typically is not something I would expect to ever say about a restaurant latte). This review feels dramatic but truly it was some of the best food we have had in a very long time! If you are anywhere remotely close by, try it out, you will...
