Hubby and I heading from Gtown to Beaver Dam and this is right on our way. It was a Wednesday night so one would think it would not be busy, but when we pulled up, the parking lot was packed at about 6:15. He ran in and checked the wait while I stayed in the car and the hostess said 15-30 min. I should have trusted by first instinct and just left then, but we have always wanted to try this place. The bar was full, which was concerning because I thought they were all in front of us in line for a table. Cutting this short, 50 minutes later after checking with the hostess a few times, we left. I can't tell you how the food was, but they need another hostess that can read a room. There were two parties of 8 in the dining room and they were not leaving regardless if they had their desert an hour ago. I was waiting outside the door for my husband to pick me up and the owner came out saying they had our table now. I get the feeling that if you are a local, you get preference. That's ok. St Lawerence is a small town and they seem to have the local support hope that is enough when the economy is...

I recommend visiting this little gem of a bar/restaurant. My fiance and I were looking for a different option from our normal pick for Friday fish fry and we are glad we chose to go here. Only thing that isn't very favorable is parking. Very little ability to park close to the business accept for a parking lot we believe was for a nearby church where we chose to park with a short distance walk up a slight incline of a hill. It's a quaint little restaurant with very interesting decor. The food was very good. The fish fry is served family style which was different from most restaurants in the area. The potato pancakes were the only downfall of the meal in our opinion. For appetizers if you love mozzarella marinara theirs is terrific! Their french onion soup is to die for. Their a little steep on pricing but we will very likely be going...

We were so disappointed in the food and drinks we were served here that we we NEVER return. It started with poorly made cocktails that were way overpriced. If you like an old fashion don't order one here it was terrible. 2 of our dinner party had a special they were promoting a shrimp, chicken, beef and spaghetti dish served with one of three choices of sauce. Well they should of mentioned the chicken and beef portions were ground meat patties, not a chicken breast and cut of beef. I ordered the house special of the day, baby calfs liver with onions and bacon. The quality of the liver was subpar for sure. I have never had liver that was loaded with fat and gristle that made it chewy. We walked out nearly $200 lighter and didn't enjoy the experience at all. The wait staff was wonderful and very attentive. ...

Our pre-Valentine dinner experience was incredible. If you've never been to St.Lawrence Wisconsin then you've just received a reason to go. "The Little Red Inn". This restaurant has been a staple in Wisconsin since the late 1800's. Our experience started with a Shrimp Cocktail, followed by Soup, Salad. Entree of Lobster and Prime Rib with Parsley Buttered Potatoes. Wow, very delicious food which was served to us by Mary our very talented and conscientious server! Attached are a few photos, but I didn't think to take the photos immediately. All in all, highly recommended dining experience. Oh, by the way nice selection of refreshments and desserts some of which we tried and were pleased that we did. Now, go and find The Liittle Red Inn in St. Lawrence, Wisconsin. T. Jernberg

We dined on a Saturday night, we made a reservation, were given choice to dine upstairs or downstairs. When we arrived we were seated right away and our server promptly brought us water and greeted our table. Little Red Inn serves both soup and salad with your entree, which was both fantastic. We chose to upgrade to hashbrowns and they offer a cheese sauce which was very tasty. We opted for the New York Strip and Large Filet both very flavorful, and cooked to our liking. Our server was friendly, attentive, and ensured we had a great experience. Would recommend, and will be back.

I had a great experience here. I made a reservation for Sunday night and I recommend doing the same any day as the place is busy and great food. Some great baked French onion soup. Bread was great. Then for the Pork Schitznel One of the best I've had in all my travels and the spatzel was authentic AF Wife had the chicken Parm which she said was very good but a plain sauce. Server was amazing I'm a server of 20 years and then place is doing everything right. Get the schnitzel Ambiance is great too
