Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Alden

I dont know who cooked this and said "yeah im going to serve this to a loyal paying customer" but.. that aint right 😅

This tim hortons is the fastest locations ive been to but its CLEAR they are sacrificing quality service for speed. Yeah, im in the drive thru for less than 3 minutes.. but im also handed stuff like this on a regular basis on stuff i pay for.

-bagel with cream cheese will have you wishing you ordered something else due to the absolute mess they make while making it. The cream cheese is hardly ever fully on the bagel its self because its all over the wrapper 😂 so if yall see me licking the wrapper.. i had no choice 😂 -i get a vanilla cream cold brew almost every day. I ordered it and the cashier asked "how do you want that?" My answer: "the way its supposed to come". Its a specialty drink for a reason- its made a special type of way unless i modify it! Thats why i pay five stinking dollars for a ridiculously small but good drink.. 😂 She even asked if i wanted milk in it.. like girl. The name of it is "vanilla CREAM cold brew".. cream! 😅 i get it.. whatever but dang! Are they even being trained there?! Do they know about the little books they can reference to make sure they're making it right? Why isnt quality control being conducted? -an everything bagel will have everything on it minus the everything bagel seasoning 🥲. This company makes so much money a year and yall cant season an everything bagel with more than a pinch of seasoning? Come on now..

As for the picture. I ordered two orders of the bacon and cheese omelet bites. I absolutely adore them! I will get two orders (so bites 4 total) and eat them on my hour commute to work. Tell me why i opened the box to see four burnt hockey pucks? 😂 "why is there only one in the picture? You must of ate the other 3!" i sure did! I had meetings all day today and this was my breakfast AND lunch (the protein in these are chefs kiss!) So what else was i gonna do? Miss out on my money and not have breakfast or lunch? No way was i able to go back because i was already half way to the office when i decided to eat them! But let me tell yall how dry these were.. 😅 i didnt even eat that last one.

My biggest issue is why did you look at it, see that its burnt, and still serve it? Also, why cant yall ever make my drink correctly? Every other tim's does.. except for this location. And its a specialty drink, not some random order i made up one day. Its such a shame too because im from new England and i gave up dunkins for Tims because im that obsessed AND its close to my house AND on my way to work. But i get stuff like this on a regular basis.. 🤦‍♀️ now if this was the Batavia location, i wouldnt even have to say a peep! Yall should take notes from them i guess. And stop thinking speed is everything. Yeah fast service is nice but you also have to make sure its good...

my boyfriend walked into the storefront to order two medium ice Capps (which were just shy of $9) only to try them and realize they were liquid and were blended with no ice ( the drink wasn’t even cold) he then went back in respectfully to return them

There were 3 workers who all didn’t apologize and just told him they were cleaning the ice Capp machines. so instead of telling us they couldn’t make it at the moment, which i would have been okay with they just sent out liquid ice Capps and didn’t think twice about the quality or customers money spent. After numerous problems at this particular store I’m not trying it again. High prices and kids who don’t care about the products...

Always great drinks but we asked if they had change for a ten so we could give our server a five dollar tip. He was unable to since only his manager could open the register and they went to get her.

She came out very angry and told us she’d do it now but she won’t do it next time and very aggressively told us that “they’re not a bank.” when we were just trying to give a tip to one of her employees.
