I wasn’t going to write this review, but after the wonderful & friendly experience I had at another local pizzeria 1.3 miles down the road from here today, I think this is necessary. I called in an order last week, the female worker sounded absolutely miserable. I brushed it off as being busy elsewhere in the restaurant or misinterpretation as it was over the phone. I got there about 10 minutes early of my 1hr wait time, as I was on my way home from work & figured why not see if maybe it was ready early. Same girl, with the same bothered & terrible attitude seemed annoyed that I would ever expect my order to be an earlier than the exact 60 minute time frame I was given. This was all after she had a terribly unfriendly tone with the elderly woman in front of me that didn’t hear the total she told her, like it was such an inconvenience to her to repeat the total & dramatically yelled the total. This wasn’t the first time I’d encountered her misery. Busy or not, customers should never get the brunt of your frustrations. I moved to the area over the summer, so was disappointed that this is what my local pizzeria’s experience was like, not once but twice. The food is good, but the customer services left a terrible taste in my mouth. Very...

We Waited 1 hr. 16 minutes for food delivery, when we got it, the pizza was 'luke' warm, the mozzarella sticks, sat for so long the cheese had reset. So I called to complain (which I only called 1 other time in 8 yrs. when they forgot the pop that we paid for). Well all's I got was excuses, new delivery kid, pizza was in the pizza bags, well it was delivery ...blah blah. Whether it be delivery, new person, what have you, I felt I should have quality food. At the very least warm. I was told," Ma'am, I'm sorry, know what to tell you it was delivery, maybe next time you should pick it up" ...needless to say, there won't be a next time. Have ordered from there for 8+ yrs. The right thing to do would have been, Ma'am can we remake that for you...but maybe next time pick it up! Very disappointed in Townline pizza!! Definitely lost...

Now, I'll be completely honest; never had their food.

BUT, I wanted to leave a review for Kristi and Brandon, the owner and the manager. Today the roads have been terrible; I skidded and my car wound up between the pizzeria and the next house over. Both Kristi and Brandon were awesome, very sweet and kind, had no problem letting me say inside while I was making my calls to figure out how I was gonna get out of that mess 😅

And then, wonderfully enough, the man they have for plowing actually was able to get my car out!

So, Kristi and Brandon, if y'all see this, thank you so so so much for your kindness and understanding! Y'all are wonderful! Please give a thank you to your snow plowing...

Deceptive business practices. Their online prices seemed to good to be true. We asked before ordering if the online menu pricing was correct. They said it was. I took pictures of my receipt on top of a tablet showing their prices compared to the receipt. I also took one with the receipt on the main page so you can see it's the same place. Every item was almost $5 more expensive. I understand raising prices for inflation, but they should either fix their menu or inform people it is wrong before they order and not when they check the receipt.

Ok so as a trucker wife we travel ALOT. This place was a walk away from our camp for the night. Pizza was great, however they are a carryout only!! No dining room no bathroom. Great first New York pizza and the staff were great!

Excellent service. Friendly people. God awful pizza. The slices were about 5 inches long. They were dry as hell. They definitely sat for a while. Actual footage of my reaction. https://youtu.be/SiQPIshCgjc?si=Mh9JP54hYg8G5SVg
