We biked the old Abe Trail Starting in Cornell, and went as far as Chippawa Falls. This restaurant was an oasis for us… A place to rest, and recover a bit. it’s about halfway on the trail. Upon entering, I asked the server if she would fill my water bottle for me, and she graciously filled it with cold ice water. That was amazing. Then, when my food came, just looking at it told me that it was going to be amazing. I hadn’t even tasted it yet, but I knew it was going to be the best meal Out I’ve had in a long time. The menu only had a few choices, but I’m a firm believer. That is better to do a few things well than to do many things poorly. if you don’t see what you want on the menu, they serve breakfast all day long. They do things very well. Shrimp batter was really good. The thing is BIG! The burger basket was also ordered too and I was told that was really good as well.
