Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Avon

Honestly this place has a lot wrong, food is never the best like other Dunkins within the area, coffee is never made how it’s asked. The staff is not even nice, they act like they don’t even want to be there. The worst part is I have gone there multiple times now and asked for something specific and it’s been 30 minutes or 40 minutes before they close. The answer is always “oh sorry our machines are down for cleaning” I understand every once in awhile to get out a little early but cmon, multiple times within the same week this has happened!! Worst place to go in the morning. 9 out of 10 times they will always get your order wrong. Whether it’s no avocado on an avocado toast, or they remember the avocado, and forget to toast the bread, Don’t toast your bagel give you the wrong bagel. Don’t give you the cheese don’t give you the egg or don’t give you the sausage or give you frozen hashbrowns. Take your pick… all were wrong this week. They are worst ever! Fairly regular stop as it's near home. Today the manager whom is always more concerned about running her mouth than doing her job. Went through drive thru, asked for the brownie batter flavor in my coffee and got told no because it's only for the app and she can't type it in. Yesterday they did it for me. I ordered a wrap and that wasn't rang in. I said I had more to order and she completely disregarded what I said and was told to pull up. She's is always has an attitude.
