Today’s Breakfast Review took us to East Avon to the Waystone Restaurant and Trading Post. Opened under new management in April, Waitress Brooke and owner Chris were super friendly and interesting to talk with. The counter was clean and the service was fantastic. The menu has some breakfast twists for this area, I enjoyed the Breakfast Plate: Eggs, Chorizo, potatoes, black beans, onions, cheddar and pico. It was huge but delicious. Ken had Fosters French Toast made with banana bread and a carmalized banana sauce. Stephie had the Eggs Benedict and we ALL had the homemade corned beef hash. As always Ken paid for the next Veteran’s breakfast. Portions were big and prices were fair. Stop into the Waystone for a super friendly breakfast 😁

This place was so delicious! We came on a weekday morning and it was easy to find a table and service was quick. The food was delicious. Homemade gravy and you can tell it was made with love. We really enjoyed it and we know for sure we want to come back with the entire family. I got the country fried steak and the breading was light and crispy. My husband got the cornbeef hash Benedict and enjoyed it. We really recommend it- we just moved to the area and we think we found our new breakfast spot. They also have lunch options that we plan to explore at a later date

We're so glad this local spot is back open! They are working very hard to get a good rhythm going to offer great service to our community. The breakfast sandwich was very good and I really liked the Tinker sauce. Our server, Brooke, was so friendly and helpful. The owner, Chris, was present and chatted with all his customers. The seating and lighting is very comfortable. And one side of the restaurant is full of games to play and local art for sale. They're really working to support this community and definitely deserve local support!

First time visiting. I wish I lived closer! We met up with some friends to have lunch. 3 of us opted for breakfast, 2 chose salads, one sandwich and one burger. All the food looked really good, decent portions with being too little or too much. Just enough that you wonder if you should eat it all or take just a little bit home! Eat it all! I had breakfast. The bread was thicker cut and delicious. The jelly came I a little tiny cup and was thicker but pourable and delicious! The eggs were good, the “Homies” thickly cut and wedged, cooked soft in the inside, but firm and very tasty. The Corned Beef Hash was not canned, but homemade and also very good. I would love to go back and eat some more! Go and support this restaurant and keep it around! It can only grow and get better! Though it’s pretty...

This was our 1st visit to the Waystone restaurant and trading post. It was on Father's Day so it was super busy when we got there and even while leaving. Every employee was smiling, peaceful, welcoming , attentive from beginning to end. The food was incredible. My husband and I both had the breakfast burrito with home fries. The burrito was very special as were the home fries. There was a bit of wait for the food but that is understandable since the restaurant was hopping and full for hours. The food was absolutely worth the wait. The facility is very homey, clean, and fresh looking. We loved the featured local artists work on the walls that are for sale, and the little trading post area. Amazing place. I highly recommend you giving this...
