Galway Rock Winery / Saratoga Sparkling Co. — Restaurant in Town of Ballston

I'm going to preface this review by saying my first experience a week ago, was fantastic. And it was because of that experience I decided to visit again and bring my parents with my husband and I. We unfortunately we're never able to enjoy this experience with my parents since no one ever came to take our order. We arrived at 12, since their online hours stated 12-6, then we find out there was a private party until 1. Not that big of a deal but, we had driven 40 mins to visit, so a heads up on your website or Facebook would have been great. We came back at 1 and we got seated at your table right by the parking lot, given menus and we were then forgotten about. We waited an entire hour before leaving. This was a very disappointing experience. I understand you were busy, but not a single server came over to tell us just one moment or I apologize for the wait. This was a total waist of...

Stopped in with a friend, got seated and waited 15 minutes for the waitress to take our order then almost 45 to finally get the 1 flight (3 small glasses). To put it in perspective, a couple sat down after us and ordered 2 flights and got their wine and finished before we finally got our 1. Friend wanted a glass of wine after the flight and she finally just went in to order and ask for water. Been sitting here for over an hour now and 2 tables have been empty for over 30 minutes but not bussed.

I get places are short staffed, but the staff here doesn't seem well trained beyond checking people in. Rather disappointing.

The patio is nice and that's about it from me...I didn't think the wine was that good, and they menu options they have don't...

HORRIBLE I went today Saturday October 9. Their FB and website and phone line all said it was open at 12 noon. We got there to find out they were closed for a private party, mind you it was not listed or indicated anywhere. So we got there to be turned away because the entire place was rented even the outdoors OK, got that. We came back after 1 P.M to a long waiting line, again we waited to finally be seated. We waited outside in the hot sun over one hour without no so much being offered a bottle of water or NO one acknowledging our presence. So we finally got up and left. From one I could tell they only had 2 girls serving. Service was not acceptable and the waiting without not even a ,"I'll be right over" was beyond...
