McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Ballston

This McDonald’s is worst one I’ve been to, decided to let my kids play and eat. I stood at register for about 5 minutes and workers were looking at me but nobody came over, so I ordered on the computer screen. 15 minutes later my food was brought to my table and the girl that brought it over didn’t say anything just slid it on the table and walked away, we were never given cups so I went up to see about getting them and i literally stood there for over 5 minutes and workers were making eye contact but nobody would ask what I needed, including the girl that brought the food over they were all conversating and swearing which is super unprofessional. Finally a different girl came over and gave me the cups I explained to here that they were all just ignoring me and she apologized. So now I get back to table and we start filling our sodas up and there was only 2 straws and we needed 5 and zero napkins. I get back to my table and now my food is cold and all burgers were way overcooked or old which I’ve never had happen to me at any McDonald’s. And to top it off a chicken sandwich was hard as a rock and 2 of my burgers were missing so I got back up and some boy was at the register and I explained that the chicken was hard as a rock and that 2 burgers were missing and he looked nervous and took the chicken sandwich and walked away after 5 minutes a different girl comes over and asked if she could help me and I explained what happened and she said she was sorry he doesn’t do customer service well, which was weird if your on a register, so she goes back and retrieved my items and brought them to me. It should have been a quick stop and eat and it turned into sitting around for 45 minutes and got terrible food and wasted nearly 50$ on. The restaurant was dirty and we actually had to clean our table to sit at. I contacted manager Charles Raymond and a week later he reached back out to me and apologized and said he’d send vouchers and a gift card, 2 weeks go by nothing, I reached back out and asked when I would receive them and no answer now for...

Wow! Worst fast food experience of my life. Placed my order at the drive through. Pulled up to the first window where the employee cursed and said I'll be right back. Two minutes later came back and gave me my change. Pulled up to the second window where they gave me our beverages and told us to pull up to the third window. Waited there for six or seven minutes. An employee leaving for the night noticed us waiting there went back inside to inform someone. An employee came to the window and asked us if we were waiting for something. I replied yes, our order. He said what did you order? I repeated our order and five minutes later he came back with half of our order. I said it's missing the Double Quarter Pounder without cheese. Five minutes later he comes back with a double quarter pounder with cheese. I tried to hand it back to him and he said he couldn't accept it. At that point I put the car in park and went inside to speak to the manager. Five more minutes later I finally got the correct burger. No apologies, no offer to refund my money, not even a coupon for free ice cream cone. Nothing. Pathetic execution and extremely poor customer service. So, who got my order and how many people after that got the previous customer's order because multiple cars drove away as I was waiting at the third window. How is this place still...

The food here is usually subpar, even for mcdonald's standards. most of the time it is either wrong, not fully cooked, overcooked, for raw. for dine in they can take as much as a half hour just to put some mcnuggets in its box. also they don't appear to change the oil in the friers often, as half the time the food tastes bad from the oil.

Most of the workers here are either older people, or the slackers from the high school nearby. the older workers usually won't remember your order (i feel bad for them at times as they're the ones that clean and take orders), and the high schoolers usually don't care about the quality of your food mainly because they still get paid. i know most of the high schoolers that work there and they're usually the ones that failed classes because they didn't put the effort in to pass. (Ex: I once order 20 Mcnuggets and they gave me a box with most stuck together, and they were all slimey on the inside.)

The only positive i can give is that they do clean the place. everywhere except prolly the playplace but i can't confirm that they don't clean the playplace.

If you want my opinion: if you're going to a mcdonalds, drive the extra distance and go to the location in downtown Saratoga Springs, the service and food is MUCH better based on my...
