This place has not been able to keep things in stock since it opened. Puzzling how they manage to always have items out of stock. I don’t blame the employees who have to deal with this but it’s quite ridiculous. Wait time is atrocious. I had to stop coming here because they were always out of the food items I would try to order. And Dunkin doesn’t offer refunds if you order in app so they would just offer me other food items as substitute. I haven’t been back in many months now. A family member of mine went there today and they were out of both eggs for breakfast sandwiches and English muffins. Annoying when I requested a sausage egg and cheese on an English Muffin. Instead, we received two Sausage Cheese and Croissants with no egg. The wait time was over 10 minutes but is usually longer. Read moreWent today for Breakfast, and wanted to get a iced coffee while I was in town. My fiance just wanted a Bacon/Egg/Cheese Bagel.Took awhile for the guy to finally take our order. Someone was waiting behind us also. I wanted to get a Cinnamon Vanilla Signature Latte and a Bacon/Egg/Cheese Bagel. He proceeded to tell us that they didn't have anything to make the drink with. Then I asked if I could do a Carmel Latte. Asked me if I wanted it cold or hot. I wanted a ice coffee, and then he told me that they had no ice and couldn't do a iced coffee. Alright, well I'll just do a Churro Donut and a Bacon/Egg/Cheese Bagel. Gave us our total and pulled up to the window and waited. The person behind us left. There was 2 people working ( female & male ).Got our order and looked in our bag, I got a Cinnamon Donut and a Burnt Bacon/Egg/Cheese Bagel. We just left and ate our food. Read moreI am very disappointed today. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk just a kiosk. If I wanted to order from an app I would have. I ordered the from the list my wife got me on the kiosk.
From just around the corner in the kitchen I herd a staff member swearing and saying "do they not read the sign to have a staff member help with ordering donuts because we do not carry all the ones listed" this statement was repeated 3 times with even more colorful.
Dear Corporate: I want a real person at take my order
There was no cash options just app or card, I want cash options!
If you put a sign up that I need a real person to order donuts at a donut shop, then there needs to be a behind the desk 99% of the time l.
