Best food in Bayfield area hands down.
So far very disappointed in Bayfield food scene until today.
Was not expecting much and 26 min from Bayfield, as it is in middle of no where yet one of best dining experience we had. My wife very picky as she's dined in Taiwan, Japan, Vancouver, Toronto, NY, HK etc. But this truly stands out and will be part of our memory forever.
Would be a top restaurant in Twin Cities where we r from. . Ordered 16 oz ribeye steak, ribs with fried chicken, 2 side salads with raspberry balsamic in the side, seafood Alfredo linguine. Also asked hot water on the side . Also chose cottage cheese and coleslaw.
Water was quite hot, which is always a good sign. Bread was fluffy and chewy, warm and hot, not dry and stale.
I normally hate coleslaw, but this was excellent. I wondered if they added a touch of honey. Goes well when u mix it with cottage cheese.
Ribs fall off the bone tender. Not expect the this in northern Wisconsin. Something u get in the South. Not too sweet or salty. Very fresh and prepared with care. U get the fragrance of fresh ribs, none of the pungent smell one gets from say Costco ribs. The sauce is just delightfully savory and dips added hint of just the right tartness.
Steak wonderfully cooked, juicy. Not A5 Waygu, but very very good. Reminded us of Florentine steaks in Florence, Italy.
Fried chicken was crisp and hot and juicy and tender when one bites into it.
We spent $210 in 310 Rittenhouse yesterday and this was only $140 for party of 4, tips included. Not even close
We shared New York chesses cake with cherry on the side. Again, not disappointed.
We took the seafood 4 shrimps and scallops home. Could not finish it
Overall, would rival any Michelin 1 star restaurant we have been too.
Only regret; Tried to go back tomorrow, but not open M or Tuesday.
Did not try alcohol as we don't drink. But it is a pub. Seems to cater to snowmobilers and ATVs.

Food is excellent, service is great. We go here alot during the snowmobile season and have yet to have a negative experience.
Only small complaint I'd have is that the gas is 5$ a gallon for 91, and depending on the weather the lot near the pumps can be plowed down to sand. I'd like to see them build up the base so we can access gas well into March without having to deal with riding through sand. The gas is understandable, given the fact of where...
