Bayside Supper Club — Restaurant in Town of Beaver Dam

My Beaver Dam High School class held our 55th Reunion luncheon gathering at Bayside. We were served a WONDERFUL buffet of items of our choosing - all prepared to delicious perfection. Our group members were VERY pleased with the selection & tastiness, all at a very reasonable & affordable price!! Mike & his staff had our gathering area all set up as we requested & there was plenty of seating for everyone in our group of 84. There were NO complaints heard from ANYone. AMAZING!! (Because anyone who has ever organized such group events knows, this rarely happens!!) This venue is fully handicapped accessible with plenty of parking, nice clean bathrooms & full cash bar. We were just there for Easter and was so disappointed. Their food seemed all processed and very genereic. We paid above and beyond and wouldve had a better meal at McDonalds. We usually eat at the Country Club in Beaver Dam but thought wed give this a try. The Country Club not only charges less but has chefs at different stations that prepares the food the way you like. We got to Bayside right when the food was made 10:30am and eggs were dry, with egg shells in them and the selection was very limited. We will never recommend this place to our friends or family and we are locals. Even the desert...(rice krispie treat)..tasted as if the rice krispies were stale. My 13yr old makes much better. Shame on...

Tonight was my first night ever going here even though I've lived in the area all my life. The fish was phenomenal, the cod and perch was warm and buttery and perfectly cooked and battered. We also had the prime rib, and it was jam packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. It has been years since I haven't had to take home part of my meal in a to-go box, but the food was so fantastic I cleared my plate! Our waitress Pam was awesome too! She was so attentive, friendly, and took the time to make polite conversation even though she was swamped. She made us feel like we were right at home. We're definitely going to make it here a...
