Better than your average fast food, but not as good as Culvers (which is worth the drive: take Hwy 22 north to County Rd B (1mi.), turn right/east on B (1+ mi), turn left/north on Waukechon St. (1,1/2mi), then right/east on Green Bay Packer's St. to Culvers (1/2 mi.) ). . . . BUT . . . but Arby's is a GIGANTIC corporation where Suits and Ties decide how best to serve themselves. So they cancelled one of the most popular items on their menu - the Chocolate Turnovers (you can make them at home: recipe @copykat.com). I remember going there just to satisfy my craving for one of those turnovers and several times having to cancel my order because they were "Sorry" to be out of chocolate turnovers. So, I guess the Chocolate Turnover fell below the profit/hassle ratio cut off point for a mid-level suit. And the Upper level Suits and Ties decided it was too expensive keeping Chocolate Turnovers in stock, and that District Mangers were spending too much time fielding complaints for Lack or Chocolate Turnovers, ffs. So - Customer be Damned,! And that is why I no longer go to Arby's. In fact, recently I passed one by even though I was near death from starvation and miles from any other sign of civilization. Thank god I lived to...
Read moreArby's definitely has above average fast food. For example, I was pleasantly surprised by the spicy fish sandwich because it had the perfect amount of heat. While the fish fillet was undoubtedly cooked from frozen, it was still piping hot, crispy, and the portion was sizable. The two fish for $6 deal is probably enough to satisfy the average person. Of course, the roast beef is always delicious with plenty of horsey sauce. Probably stick with the curly fries, however, as the newer crinkle fries were not crispy enough or very hot. The staff was friendly, and my order was ready very quickly. While the tables and floor were cleaner than my last visit, the lobby could still be more tidy. Ah ha! On a recent visit, the place was very clean and clutter free. The rib sandwich is worth trying, and the gyros are for sure. Tried the new waygu burger and thought it was darn tasty. Since they, "HAVE THE MEATS," I will continue to visit. Newly remodeled...
Read moreAsked when placing an order, if I could use the coupon I had , I was told yes .get to window after it wouldn't scan was told no . The coupon was not honored. As someone who has been in management when you don't give your employees the right information and train them right, you honor what your customers have been told . I did have a call after I put in a complaint about it nicely . As a customer, I was not offered any coupons or anything, just given the run around. I feel sorry for the employee who took my order .That poor kid is going to end up making more mistakes and get reprimanded by his supervisor for her not giving him the right information during training to begin with. The food was Luke warm when we got it but was still good .I will not be going to this...
