there was terrible we got there and we almost had our drinks they were going down to water we're there about 20 minutes and apparently we were told there was a shift change then we saw the owner going to the bathroom when he comes back out and it seems like maybe going to start cooking with another 10-15 minutes my son's food comes out pancakes after 35 minutes pancakes come out a couple minutes later my burnt chicken sandwich comes out 35-40 minutes later to take to make a grilled chicken sandwich then two three four more minutes later my wife got her chicken wrap and then I want to go confront the the waitress she wasn't the problem it was the the cooking staff at the Virgin restaurant it was terrible inadequate since they sold it 5 years ago I see it they used to be packed in there now they're I can see their food quality and services gone way down but all starts with that owner I tell you...

Have eaten here a number of times before. Food is basic but always good. Reasonable prices. Service at it's best is ok. This last visit though the service was terrible. My friend's eggs were over easy - not what she ordered. Everything was cold. My lightly toasted toast was burned. No one greeted us when we came in or seated us. We waited 12 minutes to get drinks. Simple breakfast order was a 35 minute wait more. Had to ask for a coffee refill. Asked waitress twice to leave 3/4 of an inch empty because I like heavy milk. Nope. Going in and seeing people eating the food and seeing plates coming out on thing! That changed real quick. Order rigatoni with meatballs. Meatballs ICE COLD! Asif they came out friderator and put on plate. Sauce had no flavor and pasta was even cold away from sauce. The other dish was 6oz steak and fries. Steak no seasoning and fries were over cooked. Waitress had nerve to say they were coated. I laughed and said steak fries people across from us don't look like there's is. Sent plate back and still messed up.
