Buske's Bighorn Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Big Flats

I absolutely love Bighorn’s fish fry, but their youngest bartender that works there truly made you lose our business. I have been in there twice and each time she has worked there and gave off a horrible attitude with rolled eyes.

First time she yelled at me and my cousin for coming up to the bar for cash from the machines because we were in the way of the waitress station on accident because the bar was packed. This was our first time stopping in and wouldn’t have known.

Second time coming in was tonight. We had an order to go at 5pm and went up and let the same waitress know we were there for pick up. Her response was “okay…” like we were an inconvenience. We stood there without any confirmation she was helping us for 5-10 minutes when another older lady asked if we had been helped. We told her she was aware of our pick up but didn't say what she was doing for us. She came up behind my husband as I watched and said, “I have it right here (rolled eyes) and said excuse because we was “in her way”. Very rude!

This place is great, love the food but that bartender...

We just tried this place while visiting our cabin. We both had the broasted chicken special with mashed potatoes and salad. The broasted chicken was excellent! The root beer is really good, too. The outside of the restaurant is clean and neat looking with flowers and a well-kept and inviting presence. The inside is a bit dark, but it is clean and the waitress we had was very friendly and warm. We will go again to try other things. Food is reasonably priced, served hot and prepared well. I love my Friday fish fry and enjoy trying new places. Stopped in driving by to check it out. Not impressed. No one was rude to get that out. People next to me sat down later than I did and they got their salad before me. I didn't see it till my fish came out and asked. We talked about it not long before. Oh thought you said no. Fish was not fantastic. Not horrible but there are better ones around. No asking how it was, need a refill on my drink or take care of...
