First, the good news, the food, as usual, was excellent. The menu is very diverse and has some very interesting items on it. And they are all good. Facility is delightful and it has a new addition that makes it even more delightful. We have been there multiple times and always been satisfied with both the food and the service. However, today things were different. I can only assume that our server was having a bad day because if she always carries the attitude that she had today, I would hope she wouldn’t work there long. She had a chip on her shoulder right from the get-go. We had a simple request for one of the sandwiches to leave off the cheese. Seems that should be pretty easy to do however, she said that was impossible because during the EAA event going on there were no opportunities to modify anything. If she would’ve said this in a professional and kind manner, it wouldn’t have been a big deal. But she sort of snapped the answer back. Also, this follows her arriving at our table and not saying a word about who she is or that she’s our server. She just walked up and said what do you want. Also when one of the people at our table was half through ordering she suddenly turned and walked away from our table to deliver food to another table, with without saying, excuse me, or I’ll be right back. Now normally if you get a substandard server, you can reflect that in the tip. However, we had a small group which conveniently meant that she got an automatic 18% tip added to the bill. Perhaps that is the root of this situation is that she knew she had a good tip locked up and didn’t really have to try too hard. I will say it is also possible that maybe she is normally a wonderful server and was just having a bad day. Or perhaps they were understaffed today and she was the only server. We have no way of knowing that, all we know is we are on the receiving end of a less than delightful server. Oh, and for what it’s worth the place was not busy at all when we were there at lunchtime. This event will probably not detract from our overall opinion of the place or decrease the likelihood that we will go there again sometime, but this type of service just seems very much not the...

From the moment we walked in, it was clear this restaurant takes both food quality and customer care seriously. As someone with dietary restrictions, finding a place that serves safe and delicious food can be a challenge—but this spot exceeded every expectation.
One of the biggest highlights? A dedicated gluten-free fryer—a true rarity! For those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities, this is a game changer. I was finally able to enjoy crispy, golden fries, chicken tenders AND cheese curds without a second thought, and they were absolutely perfect—hot, fresh, and incredibly flavorful.
But the accommodations didn’t stop there. The menu also includes soy-free options. It’s clear the kitchen staff understands cross-contamination and takes dietary needs seriously. You can tell there’s genuine care behind every dish.
Speaking of care, the staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely personable. Shout out to Kelcy, our server. She took the time to answer questions about ingredients and even offered suggestions based on our restrictions.
The other staff's welcoming attitude made the entire experience that much more enjoyable. Everyone was very friendly.
Everything we ordered arrived hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. From appetizers to dessert, each bite was bursting with flavor and made with quality ingredients. It’s rare to find a place that balances safety with taste so perfectly.
Booking a table was just as smooth—online reservations were a breeze, and our table was ready right on time.
If you’re looking for a place where food sensitivities are taken seriously without sacrificing flavor or hospitality, look no further. We’ll definitely be coming back! This will be our new go-to spot when we...
Read moreWe drove over an hour to eat here, over 1k ratings and an overall 4+ stars made it appealing but we also visited due to the great location. We arrived shortly after 3pm, I was confused when we walked in because there were several staff members at the front podium but didn’t greet us, we noticed a sign that said seat yourself. We went and found a table. Our waitress brought menus and said she’d be back, never offering drinks so we requested water. After dropping off our appetizer we ate most of it before she came back to ask if it was ok, still not asking if we’d like to order yet so we asked to order, she had to tend to another table first… that’s fine. We ordered, asked specifically to have a topping removed. Food was brought to table, we noticed the topping was not removed and was mixed into the food so picking it out was not possible. When we told the waitress that it was mixed in, she said something about how it is the EAA weekend and the kitchen will either ignore or be picky about modifications to food. Ok, so tell customers right away that no modifications to food including EXCLUDING a simple topping instead of serving the meal anyways. The next reasons were because the kitchen was preparing for dinner and they were too busy for modifications. We had to ask her to take the meal since it was not going to be touched. She left and came back a bit later and asked if we wanted to order something else. It didn’t make sense, the kitchen will make an entire new meal during the EAA, while it’s super “busy” at 3pm and while they’re “prepping” for dinner but not exclude a topping while preparing a meal. It seems like the kitchen and the waitresses are not working together as they should be. A restaurant shouldn’t be okay with losing business...
