Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Blooming Grove

I frequent this Dunkin' Donuts, almost every week day since it's on my way to work, and every time something in my order is wrong. My normal order is a Large Hot coffee with skim, and a bagel (toasted with butter on the side) with hashbrowns. Simple enough for a coffee restaurant. On three separate occasions, my order has been wrong with my bagel. The first occasion, I received my bag with just a sliced bagel in it, no butter, no knife, no hashbrowns. I hadn't realized this until I was already at my desk at work, which put a damper on my morning. The second time, there was butter ON the bagel, not on the side. Today, I decided to check the bag before I got to work, and there's no butter. I kindly ask the lady at the window if I could have butter since there's none in the bag, and she comes back with one butter. I question this, and she says "she SAID she put butter IN THE BAG". I walked in to get my mobile order and it wasn’t even prepared everytime I walk in they are missing something. I am late to work I’l because I had to wait longer for a different item after they did not have what I ordered and had to wait for my drink I placed my order 10 minutes before I arrived didn’t leave till 15 minutes later I asked for white cheddar and got American on the replacement the employees there were 3 people but only 2 actually working,(a red haired lady and a male with blonde hair) they prepared my whole order and someone else’s order by themself and the other women with them was doing absolutely nothing for any customers she was just walking around staring at orders and not making them I work at Dunkin and understand it gets busy, but it’s not an excuse to have only two employees working while a third just walks aimlessly with no a single thought...

This location is by my house, so I always go there but from now on I rather drive an extra mile than go back , the worst service ever , plus they always make mistakes in the orders , I ordered a strawberry colatta with whipped cream more ice than syrup and she put whipped cream with flat lid i had to go inside to correct it , when I asked her she took the lid and replaced it whit doom lid and give it to me when I told her to fix the whipped she rolled her eyes at me , plus I realized they give me a small cup but charged me for a medium, the donut is a different story the same worker made mistake three times to give me the right one and it was very hard my daughter couldn't eat it , they hire people with no experience and leave them alone with no supervision, never...
