Teenage kids working that simply dont care about their customers. I sat and waited patiently for my food after about 5 minutes the stereotypical lazy hero employee enters the scene. A young woman argued with the underpaid teen "Zander" to help out. "Zander" at this point in his life is unhirable, doesnt want to work, doesnt want to help staff or do his job. "Zander" needs to grow up. It was as if I wasn't even sitting there as the bickering about who was going to make my drink continued. "Zander" was tryin too hard to be the cool kid in class and no one thinks it's funny or entertaining, in fact everyone around is just annoyed. After what seemed to be a decade (although I'm sure it was less). I approached the counter and politely asked for a refund and left the location to never return again, especially since some concoction to serve to the customers was being made in the background in which one lead employee said "they'll never know the difference" Good job staff you've wasted everyone's time. New dude working was cool and was at least trying. Note to the staff don't fool around while prepping people's food or at least don't do it so openly, never think people don't hear or notice what you're doing. I got a latte and scrambled breakfast wrap, the food was hot and ready, came quick and I was able to enjoy it in a clean environment however the manager seems to not hide the fact that she has comments to make on certain people/things. Once the window for the drive thru closes she seems to not hold back any outrageously rude comments about staff or customers, I don’t know if every member of management is like this, but I would like to see an improvement on how such a potentially wonderful establishment can be run. From what my son and I saw, reprimanding staff infront of customers is a norm as well as lack of respect from what we received. Read moreI ordered 8 chicken wrap meals and was extremely disappointed. The wraps barely had any chicken inside — it was almost all tortilla and lettuce. It felt like I was just eating an empty wrap.
On top of that, the staff seemed completely disorganized. After I placed the order, there was total chaos behind the counter. No coordination, no clear roles — just confusion. Several different employees came up to me one after another asking what I was waiting for. Shouldn't the kitchen know what orders are pending? This shows a serious lack of communication and professionalism.
The food was poor, the service was worse, and the whole experience was frustrating from start to finish. This location really needs better training...
