Chiavetta's Catering Service — Restaurant in Town of Brant

After moving back to WNY and living in the southtowns ----- holy wow I did miss the chicken bbq. No place in Florida can even come close to this awesome flavor experience. And living close to Chiavetta's home base in Brant, the ease of ordering, paying online and picking up their menu items is a breeze. The process is great, the staff courteous and selection of sides is wonderful. With covid19, all the drive thru bbq's at various locations was greatly appreciated by ALL who supported Chiavetta's. Got Chicken at Martins Plaza in Dunkirk. I ordered it online and when I cashed out it said my order was for a different location. I called Brant to get it settled and was told it was a computer glitch and I need to go to the Dunkirk location at once to be sure they didn't run out. I got there and I had to get out of my car to get someone, ( It was suppose to be drive thru ). Have had food from here many times and love coming here. Unfortunately yesterday was a very different experience 😕. I ordered the full rack rib dinner and another half rack. They were cooked poor and difficult to eat. Totally dried out and the meat was sticking to the bones. I live in Collins and picked up at 4:30 so by the time I got home and started eating it was too late to call and tell them about the problem as they close at 5 o'clock.
