Patty's Pub — Restaurant in Town of Bridgewater

Very nice sized plates and good food only a couple issues which were.. We had a rather large group, there were 11 of us, 3 families meeting up and wanting to experience their "Friday Night Fish Fry" by the time we got there and they actually got us seats, they said there was none left! They started with making us wait over a half hour for seats even though they had the seats available but had just put smaller sized families in the seats right before us. The bartender refused to make a simple long island drink and gave attitude to us by saying "I'm busy so I'm not making that it's beer or a simple drink so what'll it be?" REALLY? REALLY? Any "REAL BARTENDER" would've been able to throw the stuff together in a quick sec it's not that hard, I know and CAN SAY THIS because I've been a bartender before for quite. So we got a "SIMPLE" rum and coke... NOPE! Nasty!! Didn't even finish it! Then we got charged onwards... We are forced to order something other than what we came for...O.K. we order A TON! After all there's 11 of us! O.k. foods pretty good, nice portions, here come the bills, all SUPPOSED TO BE separate... what does she do? She charges all the alcohol on ours because we're upset she can't make a long island in the beginning of the evening! At this point my husband's beyond done he just pays for it and doesn't say a word! But SERIOUSLY?!?! That's ridiculous! So watch your bill and don't expect anything special because the bartender is NOT doing anything she doesn't want to! Even though we USUALLY are the table everyones fighting over to get because we're the "really good tippers" you just gotta make the drinks! And be nice...

Great small town bar, a lot bigger inside than I had expected with a full menu, I happen to get there on spaghetti night, which is Tuesdays, all you can eat spaghetti for seven dollars, and I believe the meatballs or sausage are an extra three dollars for each plate )but trust me you won’t get past the first plate), I love that they use angel hair, other than the thicker spaghetti. It’s always been a personal preference of mine and I didn’t ask for it. That’s just what they do! The sauce was perfect. It was a very good atmosphere, for a plate of spaghetti with two giant meatballs, two beers and a shot my bill was $18 (due to a friendly patron buying one of my drinks) but even without that, it probably would’ve only been $22 great prices, really friendly people (even though I don’t look like their typical clientele, I’m more of a “city kid”),but everyone was welcoming, accepting and seemed excited to see someone from the larger city, come down for a visit, You could tell they are proud of their bar and...

Second time in a row disappointed..keep going because the food is good..but the service needs to improve...this time got drinks and order taken right away..but ended up asking for food to go..waited an hour for burgers and fries..only 3 other couples there and one had ordered ahead..will only go weekend next time because own cooks then and gets it done..need adeiny back ob cooking during the...
