BJ’s Airport Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Brockway

Ordered takeout 7:30p.m. on a Thursday night. The lady who answered took my order and couldn't tell me how many mini tacos were on their menu and I asked how long until their done which she replied when can you get here? I said 15 mins. I arrived to a packed bar, as I entered I got a lot of not so welcoming stares from the non diverse crowd that was there. Anyway I had to search for somewhere to pick up food, you would think they would have an obvious sign or a designated place for this but no I had to go to the bar as if I was ordering a drink, nothing wrong with that I wouldn't have minded one if I wasn't driving. Anyway my food was sitting by the bar packed and ready to go. The lady I flagged for my food was under a lot of stress so customer service was not that great. I had a 10 min drive back to my destination and my food tasted as if it was tossed in the microwave and put in the Togo box. The tacos had a very hard shell and they usually have was completely gone.. I have had these same mini tacos at numerous bar and grill places and not once have they looked or tasted thus bad, that is why I ordered these to play it safe. I also ordered fries which cannot even fairly be reviewed because of takeout, edible. Maybe on a better night everything would be better dining in with a different crowd. I always give places 2...

Monday night at BJ'S, this place was full of people! One bartender, and one waitress working the front of the house. The bartender was awesome, he managed to check in and take my order within the first few minutes of my arrival, he had to have been working close to 35-40 customers when I arrived. Here is the knock off for the star, it took 53 minutes to get my food (I had plenty of time to calculate this). The food was good, it just took forever. Again the bartender came to the rescue, he knew it took forever and compt a beer for me before I even had a chance to complain. Later in the evening another employee showed up off shift to help out, incredible team player! These guy's need help, good food, great employee's! I hope these guys can staff up, it would absolutely be worth a price increase to my dinner experience to have faster service, and think of how much faster BJ's could turn the tables over! This would be a win...

Out of some food items. Quite crowded and only 2 waitresses who also had to tend bar. Kitchen seemed backed up. Waitresses were apologetic and as accommodating as they could be. Group of 3 of us. One person's cheeseburger was overcooked and the bun was dry. Other person's grilled ham and cheese so so. Pork chop special very good but out of baked potatoes and salad brought with meal. Seems to be a management problem. The food has usually been good but often they're out of items and one time on a Tuesday they were out of the special, tacos. Whoever is ordering the food and scheduling staff needs to pay attention. Have heard complaints from others in the community regarding the downward trend in food quality. We come to the Airport because we like Steve. He was off but apparently got called in just before we left. We will not...
