H&E Bagel Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Do not order from H&E Bagel Cafe I repeat do not order from here.I just dealt with some horrible service from here.They are not polite at all when placing an order or even a delivery order.I honestly don't know how they got 4 stars for this place.While placing an order for food to be delivered to me they refused to give me my change for my order and told me I needed to figure out a way myself in getting my change for the order I payed for and on top of that they have no respect when delivering to someone's food to there house they bang on doors my 5 year old nephew was sleeping and they ended up waking him up and then proceeded to give my sister an attitude.I will be reporting this company immediately all of this...

1 star all around for the rudeness i recieved, you leave your dam door open around 5 or 6pm while your doing things, with the open sign always on apparently, me and some other people i waant with who saw your door open with your open sign on walked in, i ask if your still open and the atitude i got was uncalled for, all you had to say was "sorry were not open no" and turn that dam sign off in the window. We ( my family and I) have been coming here for quite a while and often and we really enjoyed it. Weekend bagels yum 🥯 and treats for the kid's. Unfortunately we have given it it's last shot. The food quality has changed 😔. What's most upsetting after all these year's of patronage is the quality of service. The last few time's the service has been downright rude. I understand time's are so tough all around lately but that's no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect. Being rude and raising your voice to a customer is just so disrespectful.
