I think all the employees hate each other and their jobs. Got here early and no one in front of us. Ordered 2 hot coffees , break fast sandwich and1 donut. Nothing was prepped girl was barely brewing coffee. They made probably 10 online and drive thru orders while we waited. Total silence. Finally 10 min got the sandwich-which was good- and donut. Another 8 minutes and the manager got our coffees out as the 5 other girls were still prepping and making online orders. One guy doing sandwichs but mostly for online and drive thru. One "usual" customer came in after us but was immediately given his coffee and donut even though he skipped over us and another in store customer. I guess since he comes in every day his money is better?? Idk. Strangest atmosphere EVER in a fast food place!! Also the manager who took our order mumbled and we could barely understand him to begin with. Lesson learned: in store customer service today is terrible. I won't be using a Dunkin ANYwhere unless its for the obvious priority online orders. PS we have driven all over the USA and I've never seen a more strange feel in a place than this store site. Oh wait they left.. do better dunkin I plan accordingly to be on time and this is an inconvenience every time I order… still the same review and will not change my answer if I could give 0 stars I would. Was given attitude over them not having the correct size cups for a refund instead of drink replacement from them not having that size. Read moreThere have been multiple times when I order through the app for walk in only to discover when I arrive that the doors are locked and drive thru is the only option available. The drive thru line is is usually severely backed up and by the time I get my order, hot coffee is warm or warm/watered down if ice coffee. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. When I try to call the store, they don't answer the phone. There is a message saying they are busy helping costumers so to call back later. This store This store should be better about controlling the options on the app or maybe this store should not have the order ahead app if they are unable to offer the options...
