Our visit to the Conover Club was outstanding in every way. Amy and Courtney took incredible care of us and recommended the seasonal Maple Martini, which was phenomenal! Kayleigh was our server and kept us giggling through our dinner, but took such good care of us as well! I can’t recommend Conover Club and a stay at Calicoon Hills enough! My gals and I will be back!

The food and service were excellent and the restaurant itself was very cozy and inviting. The duck drummettes and spinach artichoke dip were great size appetizers with a ton of flavor. I got the pork chop dinner and my wife got the gnocchi and both were very flavorful and filling. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Some friends and I were looking for a nice meal and really enjoyed ours here. Cute little place on the ground floor of the inn. There is a nice deck and the overall grounds are beautiful. A strong emphasis on local ingredients in the menu as well as some great drinks. If I was local I would be a regular.

Do not be fooled by the beautiful atmosphere of this resort. Like my mom used to say, “Mink on the outside, stink on the inside.” My boyfriend and I went away for a quiet getaway this weekend and discovered this resort when we were already booked someplace else. We planned to book our next getaway here but wanted to test out the food and the service here first. Oy!! We stopped here at the restaurant for breakfast on our way home back to the city, expecting a quick, laidback nice breakfast. Instead, we waited over 30 minutes for 2 bagels with bacon, egg & cheese. Instead of offering us any type of discount or remorse the staff made one excuse after another, saying it was a holiday weekend, 2 people called out, etc, etc, etc… The nauseatingly obnoxious attitude of the staff literally made me lose my appetite and after waiting over a half hour for our food, we walked out without ever receiving any food, something my boyfriend and I absolutely hate doing. You could also clearly see everyone in the restaurant was also waiting an exorbitant amount of time and was very...

We used to frequent regularly on and off season. It’s turned into a wedding factory, everything catered for that crowd. We once enjoyed coming as a family, with friends, either cozying up in the dining room (which they changed) or eating outside in the deck (the menus they gutted). The bar would be crowded and the atmosphere alive. They’ve cut out so much of the good vibe, menu, the experience, the local feel, etc. The drinks are smaller, the ice is cheaper, the vibe more entitled, the menu more basic, bland and more expensive. Just returned from a meal there this evening, food fine, menu depleted, ambience gone. Just another place for wedding goers and IGers to spend $250 on a basic meal. Sad where it’s gone. The wait staff was kind and attentive- that team deserves credit. Ownership lost what they had. Way more and better local options now. This is not a representation of the Catskills anymore- just curated that...

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star . Arrived to our reservation on a Saturday night 20 mins early as we were already out and staying in area . Restaurant had a total of 5 tables occupied at 7pm on a Saturday night . We tried calling several times in advance phone was unanswered . We were told by boy at hostess table that we would have to wait about 20 mins until table of 2 were finished eating to be seated and could have a seat at the bar . A group of two men walked in behind us stating they had no reservation but were locals and were seated immediately . We then told the host we would no longer be interested in eating and left establishment . Horrible experience would not recommend . It’s a shame because menu looked appetizing even though reviews were mixed . Plenty of options downtown that would happily seat patrons who are willing to to spend money on...
