Gauss' Sweet Shoppe — Restaurant in Town of Campbell

The warmth and charm of this precious little slice of old fashioned country heaven drew us in from the road on an evening drive. We just got home and I can still taste the yumminess of the freshly made waffle cone stuffed with a soft serve deliciously creamy twist . While we visited we enjoyed looking at all the wonderful decor they offered for sale. To top all of this off was the very busy but oh so very kind and welcoming owners who offered us free samples of their newest maple cream flavor. The ice cream was good but the service was awful. We were sitting in the net area after getting ice cream because we are done with highschool. After some time the owner comes out raising his voice cussing at us and approaching us like he was going to get into our face because we were sitting in the net area. The utter disrespect of customers who were courteous to other customers was un called for and down right shameful. I do not recommend going to a place where customers are treated wrongly. Sadly they have closed for the winter, but it is the best place to get great homemade ice cream, gifts, flowers/plants, and produce in our local community.
