Roadies Pizzeria and Sports Bar — Restaurant in Town of Carlton

Pie here is very very good. They use fresh ingredients ex: mushrooms are REAL NOT CANNED. They are generous with the pizza toppings. Chicken wings my favorite. Hesited on getting the fried calamari however it was done perfect, lightly breaded crispy coating NOT RUBBERY AT ALL. Drinks are well made. They are currently remodeling the place so it's kinda eh looking, but I'm sure when it's done it will look great! People were very accommodating and servers, bar maid, bar tender were polite. Looking forward to going this summer as I noticed they have volleyball net stands in place and looks like there is a mini outside bar. The only complaint I have is they get so busy the phone lines close down, I wanted to add wings to my order I tried calling for over an hour and no answer at all. Answering machine plays saying they are extremely busy, to hang up and try again.....if this continues they will lose business. It's the best place in the area and I'm excited to see how it turns out once...

This is the spot! Delicious food, fun atmosphere, lots of TVs, a dart board, and a nice outdoor area! The staff was very friendly! We had take out, and ordered a lot of food for just 2 of us, and it was all so very delicious! We had a dill pickle pizza and the crust was great, pretzel sticks and beer cheese, 12 country sweet wings (ask for extra crispy), and an order of 2 tacos, which were just like I make at home! You can tell they make their food with care! A+ for sure! If the beer cheese was a little thicker, that would be cool, but it's very delicious! Thanks for the great food and service! Being new to the area, we decided to give this little place a try. We gave them two chances and unfortunately, we won't be trying a third time. Both times when we picked our food up, we had to wait as they were finishing up our orders, no big deal. However, when we got home (2 minutes away), we found our food to be room temperature. This happened both times. The food is sub-par. The fish fry was horrendous - smelled like it was on the verge of rotting and was extremely dry (needless to say, it went in the garbage. The only redeeming part of that meal was the Mac salad. The mayo on the sub tasted like it had a pound of sugar in it. Later in the night, I woke to terrible stomach pains which I can only attribute to the sub in ordered from there. Please do better. There are few options in Waterport and your place is the only one that offers...
