Wolf Creek Deli — Restaurant in Town of Castile

On Friday, July 14, today, we attempted to call in an order. I got through on the second attempt and was asked to please hold. I could still hear the conversation that the owner was having with customers who he was helping. I was on hold for approximately 13 minutes. The owner said, ' we have a customer on hold.' There was a noise, and then nothing. I was disconnected.

I realize these things happen but when I got back on the phone with him after several attempts I got attitude. I just want some delicious fried food, I don't need more drama.

Until this pizzeria gets these issues solved we will no longer be recommending them.

They have also changed the recipes from the previous owners and some of their food is no longer as good as it was previously. I believe that they are cheaping out on the ingredients.

You need to invest in another pos computer to solve your congestion at the register and phone ordering. They have added on line ordering, but perhaps I am too old to take advantage of this...

Having grown up in Castile I remember when Als opened in the old gas station on Rt.39. The family of the founder always took great pride in helping their grandmother and promoting the namesakes legacy. In the beginning there was a learning curve of the correct amount of toppings. My family always asked for less sauce than the standard amount & over time the pizza became more competitive as well as additional menu items. From pizza to subs to wings & chicken strips Al's offers a great selection of pizzaria staple menu items. Updates to the location and being within the village now Al's has something for everyone. Prices remain competitive and the owners take great pride in offering customers a great selection with quality ingredients. If you find yourself heading to Letchworth State Park via 1 of the Castile entrances, stop into Als and get some items that you can eat while visiting the Grand Canyon...

Came here looking for some nice local food after a long day hiking. This is was not at all what i found. First, it took my 3 friends and I 30 minutes to order our food because they were out of everything. Then after an hour of waiting (there was no one else there, not sure why it took so long) we took our food and began to leave. As we were leaving, the visibly intoxicated woman in the back chased us out, SCREAMING at us to wait because we didnt pay. After telling her that we already paid when we ordered, she just repeated her self "YoU gUyS hAvEnT pAiD yEt YoU hAvE tO PaY." After this i told her the same thing, we already paid ma'am. She then looked at the young man who was working at the counter, asking him if we paid, and he shugged and said "i dunno."
