We often pass by this restaurant and finally decided to give it a try. We arrived at 7:00 pm, but only got our appetizer at 8:15 pm and the main course at 8:45 pm. Surprisingly, the table that arrived after us was served faster. The most disappointing part was the upstairs terrace: full of cobwebs and mold on the railings. When you eat out, you expect a clean environment. Hopefully, the kitchen is cleaner than the outside… The food was okay, but not worth the price. First and last visit for us.

This place was amazing. The food was so delicious, from the appetizers to the main course. I didn't know this place was here. It is my new go to spot. The food is next level good and bursting with flavor. The service was phenomenal. I didn't get drinks but the rest of my party did. They lamented about how good they were as well. Very nice atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

From the beautiful ambiance to the 5 star service, everything was literal perfection. The best Seafood ala Vodka with fresh scallops and super flavorful shrimp, Irish chocolate mousse cheesecake (all homemade) was heavenly. Definitely recommend and will go back, don’t leave without a Jordans specialty pizza 👌

So I never give reviews… But this one needs it. Our first red flag should've been the table leaving in utter disgust of the service.... but we thought this must've been a one time incident… Nope, it wasn't. We arrived at 5:45 at that point the hostess told us ahead of time she apologizes for the service that we were about to receive .... who does that? second red flag. Instead of helping the very new waitress, she decided to just speak poorly of her. She filled our waters and walked away and told us she would "keep an eye on her" . Our waitress came over about 20 minutes later to get our drinks to which she had no idea what an IPA was ....third red flag. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and she brought out a Light beer(not an ipa) and my Aperol spritz . She returned again 20 minutes later to take our order. We've ordered our food and ordered a second drink this time. Second round of drinks She forgot to put the Prosecco in my drink so I basically had club soda and Aperol 🤮. When she finally came back again so she could correct it she admitted that she "totally forgot to add Prosecco". Food came ... it was mediocre. Followed by the unhelpful hostess with a bowl of cheese wrapped in saran wrap with a spoon asking if we would like fresh Parmesan.... I think if you are serving $50 entrées on a menu you would have staff that is competent, a manager that is helpful, and I shouldn't see any saran wrapped food… Two people ...2 1/2 hours later... our bill was $140… Certainly not worth the money… Luckily, it was a nice night and the water was pretty. Definitely would not recommend and will...

We heard about this restaurant from a few different people on vacation as an excellent place to have dinner. We were a party of 8 and made a reservation for a Thursday night. The atmosphere is very tastefully decorated and the lake is right across the street. When we arrived the tables were half full and we were seated immediately. The waiter was pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The meals came and one of four people who ordered piccata asked for no capers. All four piccata meals came with no capers and no sauce! When we addressed it the waiter said he would be right back and went by three times before he came back with the sauce. In addition one of our eight meals was missing and he came back from the kitchen and said two minutes it would be out. After ten minutes he admitted that he forgot to put the order in and after 14 minutes the last meal came out.

While most of our meals were tasty the portion size in comparison to the pricing and quality was not worth the price. When we got our bill a gratuity was included which we expected as it was printed on the menu but the late meal was still on the bill. No visit to the table from the manager/owner who was in the building. It would have been a nice gesture especially after just recently opening. We did mention the portion or lack there of for the price of the meals to the waiter before leaving and hopefully this will be passed along to the owner.

We would not recommend this restaurant unless we see that things have changed in...

Maybe to whoever loves coming here that would give this place 5 stars is fine with me but I couldn't. This is why?

My first time ever coming here with my family. My daughter had made her confirmation, so we decided to celebrate it here. Beautiful restaurant, great service, foods not bad, its just delightful. I had to settle for a different dish because at a certain time they didn't serve my favorite dish, lasagna. One (x) there. 2nd (x) is we had brought in a cake for my daughter. Yes you'll probably remember us now. Anyways, we brought in a cake, and one of the waitress came over to inform us that because we couldn't bring in caje from outside, we will be charged an additional $25 to have it there. My wife felt it was wrong as well as I did too, but I told them, whatever we'll pay because I didn't want to walk back down outside to put my daughter's cake in the car. Let alone them knowing it was our first time in here, you would of thought to just wave it and tell us that for next time we can't bring outside food. Last (x) for me was that if we're charging our card to pay for our food, they charged another certain percentage for using a card instead of cash. I'm sorry but not sorry, I've never heard of that in any fine restaurant I've ever been in to. My bill was over $300+ and I had no problem paying. But the principal of making a new customer/s happy didn't happened. It left a bad taste in our mouth, so as much as I would of loved to come back and try out other dishes. I and my family will not...
